Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS26P35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,268 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS26P35-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DSG2_S680, EPCAM, and GZMM. Each is linked with RPS26P35 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS26P35-to-partner and partner-to-RPS26P35 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS26P35 versus DSG2_S680 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS26P35→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS26P35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
