Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS26P35 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS26P35 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RPS26P35 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS26P35 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and THCA show a favorable association.
CESC, THCA, and UVM are the cancer types where RPS26P35 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
