The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RPS26P34 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS26P34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and COAD show a favorable association.
BLCA, KICH, and ESCA are the cancer types where RPS26P34 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
