Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS26P28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,626 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS26P28-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSUN2, OTULIN, and PAIP1. Each is linked with RPS26P28 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS26P28-to-partner and partner-to-RPS26P28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS26P28 versus NSUN2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS26P28→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS26P28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
