Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS24P17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,277 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS24P17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic translation, Ribosomal large subunit assembly, and Ribosome assembly. Each is linked with RPS24P17 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS24P17-to-partner and partner-to-RPS24P17 results are reported.
