Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS24P16 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS24P16 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RPS24P16 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS24P16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KICH and BRCA show a favorable association.
BLCA, ESCA, and KICH are the cancer types where RPS24P16 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
