Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS23P6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS23P6 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RPS23P6 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS23P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and READ show a favorable association.

KIRC, LUSC, and UVM are the cancer types where RPS23P6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
