Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS23 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,907 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS23-associated genes across cancer lineages are IDNK, HLF, and CBX7. Each is linked with RPS23 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS23-to-partner and partner-to-RPS23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS23→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
