RPS20P12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS20P12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,483 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS20P12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLASP1, KMT2A, and ZZEF1_S2444. Each is linked with RPS20P12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS20P12-to-partner and partner-to-RPS20P12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS20P12 versus CLASP1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS20P12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS20P12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
