Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS20P12 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS20P12 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RPS20P12 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS20P12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and THYM show a favorable association.

STAD, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RPS20P12 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
