Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS20P12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,196 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS20P12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 7-methylguanosine cap hypermethylation, Ribosomal large subunit assembly, and [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly. Each is linked with RPS20P12 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS20P12-to-partner and partner-to-RPS20P12 results are reported.
