Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS20 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,757 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS20-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRA1, CSF3R, and LILRB3. Each is linked with RPS20 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS20-to-partner and partner-to-RPS20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS20 versus LILRA1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS20→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
