RPS19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,966 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOP56, NOP58, and POLR1G. Each is linked with RPS19 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS19-to-partner and partner-to-RPS19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS19 versus NOP56 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS19→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
