Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS18P6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,129 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS18P6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyrimidine nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, UTP metabolic process, and Protein maturation by iron-sulfur cluster transfer. Each is linked with RPS18P6 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS18P6-to-partner and partner-to-RPS18P6 results are reported.
