Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS18P6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS18P6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-379P, MT-TD, and VPS13A-AS1. Each is linked with RPS18P6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS18P6-to-partner and partner-to-RPS18P6 results are reported.
