RPS18P12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS18P12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,427 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS18P12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EMG1, UTP15, and UTP4. Each is linked with RPS18P12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS18P12-to-partner and partner-to-RPS18P12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS18P12 versus EMG1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS18P12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS18P12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
