Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS18P12 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS18P12 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RPS18P12 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS18P12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and LUSC show a favorable association.
ACC, CESC, and LUSC are the cancer types where RPS18P12 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
