Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS17P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,137 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS17P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Oxidative phosphorylation, Membrane biogenesis, and Cellular respiration. Each is linked with RPS17P7 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS17P7-to-partner and partner-to-RPS17P7 results are reported.
