Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS17P7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS17P7 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher RPS17P7 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS17P7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

CHOL, TGCT, and PAAD are the cancer types where RPS17P7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
