RPS17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,260 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SIN3A, SMU1, and RTF1. Each is linked with RPS17 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS17-to-partner and partner-to-RPS17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS17 versus SIN3A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
