Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPS17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,335 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS17-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS2, RPL3, and CHCHD4. Each is linked with RPS17 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS17-to-partner and partner-to-RPS17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS17 versus RPS2 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
