RPS16P9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS16P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,229 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS16P9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPP38, ATRX_S856, and TTC7B_S673. Each is linked with RPS16P9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS16P9-to-partner and partner-to-RPS16P9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS16P9 versus RPP38 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS16P9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS16P9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
