Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,412 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT5H, NOP58, and NOP56. Each is linked with RPS16 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS16-to-partner and partner-to-RPS16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS16 versus SUPT5H in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS16→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
