Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 241 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS16-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-62P, MIR7976, and RNU4-13P. Each is linked with RPS16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS16-to-partner and partner-to-RPS16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-62P grouped by RPS16-low versus RPS16-high in LUAD.
