Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS15P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,129 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS15P9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic respiration, Iron-sulfur cluster assembly, and Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RPS15P9 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS15P9-to-partner and partner-to-RPS15P9 results are reported.
