RPS15AP24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS15AP24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,118 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS15AP24-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS3AP49, RPL3P2, and RPS18P12. Each is linked with RPS15AP24 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS15AP24-to-partner and partner-to-RPS15AP24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS15AP24 versus RPS3AP49 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS15AP24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS15AP24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
