RPS15AP16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS15AP16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,027 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS15AP16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with RPS15AP16 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS15AP16-to-partner and partner-to-RPS15AP16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process grouped by RPS15AP16-low versus RPS15AP16-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS15AP16→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS15AP16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
