Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS15A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 154 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS15A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LARP1, WHAMM, and PAXIP1. Each is linked with RPS15A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS15A-to-partner and partner-to-RPS15A results are reported.
