Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS15A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS15A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, INPP4B, and Myosin-IIa. Each is linked with RPS15A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS15A-to-partner and partner-to-RPS15A results are reported.
