The most reproducible RPS14P8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome assembly, rRNA metabolic process, and Mitochondrial gene expression. Each is linked with RPS14P8 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS14P8-to-partner and partner-to-RPS14P8 results are reported.
