Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS14P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,184 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS14P5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA modification, mRNA 3'-end processing, and Positive regulation of intracellular transport. Each is linked with RPS14P5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS14P5-to-partner and partner-to-RPS14P5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
