Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS14P5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS14P5 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RPS14P5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS14P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and BLCA show a favorable association.

ACC, LUSC, and UCS are the cancer types where RPS14P5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
