Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,006 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NPM1, NOP16, and RRBP1. Each is linked with RPS14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS14-to-partner and partner-to-RPS14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS14 versus NPM1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
