Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,996 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS14-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYVE1, AOX1, and EMCN. Each is linked with RPS14 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS14-to-partner and partner-to-RPS14 results are reported.
