RPS13P4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS13P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,610 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS13P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2, HNRNPL, and HNRNPLL. Each is linked with RPS13P4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS13P4-to-partner and partner-to-RPS13P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS13P4 versus RPRD2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS13P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS13P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
