Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS13P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPS13P4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher RPS13P4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS13P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCS, UVM, and ACC are the cancer types where RPS13P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
