RPS12P24

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS12P24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,615 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS12P24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Neural tube patterning, Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process, and Negative regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with RPS12P24 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS12P24-to-partner and partner-to-RPS12P24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Neural tube patterning grouped by RPS12P24-low versus RPS12P24-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS12P24→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS12P24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
