RPS12P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS12P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,181 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPS12P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00857, EBLN2, and BMS1P1. Each is linked with RPS12P2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS12P2-to-partner and partner-to-RPS12P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPS12P2 versus LINC00857 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS12P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS12P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
