Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPS12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR340, RN7SL248P, and MIR8082. Each is linked with RPS12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS12-to-partner and partner-to-RPS12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR340 grouped by RPS12-low versus RPS12-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
