The most reproducible RPS10P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MACROD2, MTMR2, and PSME2. Each is linked with RPS10P2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPS10P2-to-partner and partner-to-RPS10P2 results are reported.
