Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPS10-NUDT3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPS10-NUDT3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher RPS10-NUDT3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPS10-NUDT3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA, BLCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where RPS10-NUDT3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
