Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPRM Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPRM data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RPRM Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPRM expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and COAD are the cancer types where RPRM Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
