RPRD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPRD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,178 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPRD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAXE, DHX9, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with RPRD2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPRD2-to-partner and partner-to-RPRD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPRD2 versus NAXE in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPRD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPRD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
