Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPRD1B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPRD1B data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RPRD1B mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPRD1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and GBM show a favorable association.

COAD, GBM, and CCRCC are the cancer types where RPRD1B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
