Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPRD1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,204 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPRD1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHX35, RBM39, and GID8. Each is linked with RPRD1B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPRD1B-to-partner and partner-to-RPRD1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPRD1B versus DHX35 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPRD1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPRD1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
