RPP40P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP40P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,516 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPP40P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SETMAR, FKBP5_T15, and TCEAL4. Each is linked with RPP40P2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP40P2-to-partner and partner-to-RPP40P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPP40P2 versus SETMAR in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP40P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP40P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
