Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPP40P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPP40P2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RPP40P2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPP40P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and SKCM are the cancer types where RPP40P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
