Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPP40 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPP40 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RPP40 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPP40 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where RPP40 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
