RPP40

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP40 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,047 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPP40-associated genes across cancer lineages are DSCC1, RACGAP1, and IQGAP3. Each is linked with RPP40 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP40-to-partner and partner-to-RPP40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPP40 versus DSCC1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP40→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
