RPP40

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPP40 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPP40-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, Fibronectin, and INPP4B. Each is linked with RPP40 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPP40-to-partner and partner-to-RPP40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by RPP40-low versus RPP40-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPP40→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPP40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
